in a month

It has been almost a full month since I last wrote anything. That seems a little ridiculous but the last month has been quite ridiculous. We are finally DONE with our first year of pharmacy school! I cannot believe that it has already been a whole year! I finished both semesters with all As and Bs and so did Joshua. The Lord is so so good and it is a blessing to get to experience Him working in our lives and blessing our (many many) hours of torture  studying. Now that we are done I almost don't know what to do with myself. I still feel like there is something I need to be studying. That feeling will go away soon and I can just relax and enjoy it. This is my first summer break in 4 years. I took summer classes every summer in undergrad so I have basically forgotten what summer break actually is. I still have to work so I am in Auburn but it has already been more fun than I have had in a while. I've gone to the movies TWICE in one week, I've hung out with Lauren Huff when she came to town, I've gone home to see my family and seen my friends a little while I was there, I have had Taco Dale (josh's version of taco night), I have been able to clean my room and do my laundry...and I have only been done for less than a week! Words cannot even begin to express how absolutely excited I am to have 3 months of nothing. I was to the point where I was getting extremely burned out on school. The Lord knew I needed this break and I am going to enjoy every single minute of it. My plans for the next few weeks are to work on my scrapbooks and read Something Blue. I went to see something Borrowed and loved it so now I can start reading the book Something Blue while I wait for that movie.
Speaking of movies, I went to see Water for Elephants and it was so so great. I read the book over spring break and couldn't wait to see the movie. The movie was actually really really close to the book. Most movies change a few things enough that the book readers notice. This one was pretty much right on. So whether you have read the book or just want to watch the movie, I recommend both. Josh, however, liked Something Borrowed better.
